4. JOHN ALDEN CORPORATE CENTER AND PARKING GARAGE Miami, Florida Twin Office Towers each with 3-Level 570-Car Garage, built using precast concrete framing system, completed 1995. Approximate cost $16 million. Owner, John Alden Group
5. UNIVERSAL CITY SOUTH PARKING STRUCTURE Orlando, Florida Design of temporary bracing system for 6-Level Precast Concrete Garage, completed 1997. Contractor, Coreslab Structures.

1. BROWARD COUNTY GARAGE for REGIONAL COURT HOUSE Hollywood, Florida 2-Level 300-Car garage built using composite prestressed concrete joist framing system, completed 1988. Approximate cost $1.5 million. Owner, Broward County. Project was a Design/Build with Chase Construction.
2. BROWARD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER GARAGE Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 3-Level 960-Car Garage built using composite prestressed concrete joist framing system, completed 1991. Approximate cost, $4 million. Owner, Performing Arts Center Authority. Project was a design/build partnership with Hyman Construction Co. and McLeod Architectural Group
